QUIET LAUNCH Four emails. Send one a day. Replace the brackets. Cut any sentence you would not say to a person you like. EMAIL 1 — YOU'RE IN Subject: It's here, and it is small on purpose Preview: [Product] is a [format], not a course. Body: You asked to hear when [product] was ready. It is. It is a [format] about [result]. It takes [time] to use. It does not include a community, a call, or twelve modules. If you want it: [link] · [price] If you don't, stay anyway. I'll write when I have something else worth your time. — [name] EMAIL 2 — WHY THIS Subject: The messy version Preview: I made this after [specific failure]. Body: Last [month], I [specific failure in one sentence]. The advice online was to build a bigger system. I made a smaller one instead. [Product] is that smaller thing: [one sentence on what they do with it]. The people it is not for: anyone who wants to be managed, motivated, or amazed. Link if you want it: [link] EMAIL 3 — PROOF Subject: What changed after Preview: Three ordinary results. No income screenshots. Body: Three notes from people who used [product], with permission, trimmed: 1. [Result + how long it took] 2. [Result + what they stopped doing] 3. [Result + a detail only a user would say] If your life does not resemble theirs, it may not be yours. If it does: [link] EMAIL 4 — LAST NOTE Subject: I'll stop mentioning it Preview: After today it just lives on the shelf. Body: This is the last email about [product]. It will stay on the shelf at [price]. I'm not raising the price at midnight and I'm not adding bonuses. If it's useful, get it today or on a random Thursday. Both are fine. [link] Tomorrow I'll write about something else. P.S. If you already bought it, the file is yours. Reply if a line is confusing. I read those.
